In addition to our cleaning services, we also offer certain values and services that contribute to a great cleaning experience. We want to provide a safe, secure and reliable service to our customers. Our daily services are included in the regular scheduled cleaning. Our special services are performed at your request. However, after you receive the initial quote each service can be priced separately and at any frequency that you desire. This allows you to create a custom cleaning regiment that meets your buildings needs.

Safety

    When it comes to commercial cleaning safety is of great priority. We take special care to protect our team and your property from accidents. We can provide proper labeling and MSDS for any of our chemicals that are stored in your facility. Our team is trained in janitorial safety. This training is meant to prevent common and sometimes hazardous errors that can happen in a commercial cleaning environment. Also, we understand that commercial cleaning covers a broad range of industries and facilities. For this reason we are willing to comply with the safety procedures and requirements of your facility. This may include special circumstances such as the prevention of blood borne pathogens, OSHA requirements or specific P.P.E. that may be required for your specific work environment.

Security

    We value your trust and we understand that the security and privacy of your business is an important responsibility. This means that your instructions and security procedures will always be followed while we are cleaning your facility. We are also willing to comply to any background/security checks that are required to work in your facility.

    In addition to following your companies own security procedures, we have a few of our own. We build relationships with our employees as well as collect important information and perform background checks. Also, our team is briefed on the importance of safety when working in public or remote areas at night.    

Supplies

    It is commonly our policy to provide any of the cleaning supplies that we may use while cleaning your building. We understand that your office or workspace could be a second home for you and your employees. That is why we have adopted a flexible range of cleaning supplies. We can change the chemicals that we use to clean your facility to better suit your needs and create a more comfortable work environment for your team. Do not be afraid to ask.

    In addition to providing our own cleaning supplies, we also work with local suppliers of chemicals and toiletries. At your request we can handle the ordering and restocking of any paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, can liners...etc. Just let us know the name of the dispenser and we can most likely find a match.
